Ways to Partner
Partnership Questions
-
As a local Missions Network, 100% of your partnership goes directly to OU Missions.
We strategically invest in two essential areas: Pastoral Staff and Student Ministry Experience.
By keeping full-time College Pastors on OU's campus, we are able to provide a Student Ministry Experience of weekly Life Groups, Community Events, Worship Services, Leadership Development, and Campus Outreach opportunities.
-
Measuring success at OU Missions isn't measured by attendance numbers or program participation, but by genuine spiritual transformation and discipleship multiplication.
We consider ministry successful when:
Students experience spiritual growth and transformation in their walk with Christ.
Students become disciple-makers and invest in others.
Graduates transition into a local church and continue their faith after college.
Alumni become Christ-centered leaders in their careers, communities, and churches.
We prepare students during their four years of college for their forty years of impact after graduation. This "4 years to 40" vision guides our ministry approach and defines our complementary role to the local church.
-
Whether partnering through prayer, giving, connecting, or serving, OU Missions has 4 annual partnership seasons:
August - Back-to-school partnerships fuel critical Fall outreach as we connect with new students and establish campus ministry presence.
December - Year-end partnerships help us finish and celebrate the Fall semester by providing students with meaningful end-of-year events, worship experiences, and baptism opportunities.
February - New-year partnerships help prepare students for campus discipleship and outreach training and for upcoming missions and serving opportunities.
May - Academic year-end partnerships help us finish and celebrate the Spring semester by providing students with graduation celebrations, baptism opportunities, and summer discipleship programs while maintaining momentum throughout summer.
These four partnership seasons align with our campus rhythm, creating a sustainable Ministry Network focused on reaching students year-round.
OU Missions offers opportunities for monthly giving and one-time donations year round.
